Job Summary:
Needle Craft for Sewing and Embroidery is seeking a Sales and Marketing Coordinator with a professional demeanor and strong communication and organizational skills to manage customer interactions, convert inquiries into sales, and contribute to marketing content and social media management.

Job Duties:
First: Sales and Customer Service
• Receive customer calls and respond to all inquiries.
• Respond to WhatsApp messages and all communication channels.
• Follow up on orders from the website (when launched).
• Receive customers in the showroom and provide a professional experience.
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Prepare and send price quotes.
• Follow up with customers until the sale is completed.
• Collect logos, sizes, and order-specific information.
• Enter and track order data in an organized manner.
Second: Internal Coordination
• Direct coordination with the Production Manager after order approval.
• Track order status and inform customers of execution stages.
• Coordinate with the accountant regarding invoices and payments.
• Ensure all order details are complete before production begins.
• Organize and archive customer and order files.
Third: Marketing and Content Creation
• Photograph new products and completed work.
• Photograph production stages and content suitable for the brand.
• Manage the company's social media accounts.
• Publish content regularly.
• Respond to customer messages and inquiries via social media platforms.
• Suggest new ideas for content and marketing campaigns.
• Maintain the company's visual identity in all publications.

Requirements:
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Proficiency in using computers.
• Proficiency in using WhatsApp Business.
• Good knowledge of social media platforms.
• Familiarity with Canva or CapCut is preferred.
• Good skill in smartphone photography.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Organized, polite, quick learner, and detail-oriented personality
