About the Role

We are seeking an Architect with practical experience in architectural design, design development, and the preparation of executive plans. This full-time role, based in Riyadh, requires a focus on finishing works and coordination between designs and execution requirements. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and developing plans, coordinating with clients and technical teams, and ensuring work aligns with project requirements and approved specifications. This position is open to candidates with 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and develop architectural designs and executive plans for projects.
• Prepare and update architectural drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Contribute to the development of interior and exterior finishing designs and select appropriate solutions for projects.
• Review plans and ensure their compatibility with execution requirements and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with execution teams and various engineering disciplines to ensure work integration.
• Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into suitable architectural solutions and designs.
• Follow up on design and plan modifications according to project requirements.
• Contribute to reviewing work quality and ensuring compliance with plans and specifications.
• Follow up on municipal licenses and approvals when necessary.
• Participate in field visits and coordinate with site teams when necessary.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering or Architecture.
• One year or more of practical experience in architectural design or finishing works.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; proficiency in Revit is preferred.
• Ability to prepare executive plans and develop architectural designs.
• Knowledge of interior and exterior finishing works and finishing materials.
• Ability to read plans and coordinate with execution teams and engineering disciplines.
• Knowledge of Saudi Building Code and municipal requirements; experience with Balady platform is preferred.
• Good communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
• Attaching a portfolio is preferred when applying.

Location and Work Type

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
