Job Description

 Receptionist is responsible for managing the front desk at Boo Boo Laand. You are responsible for processing and receiving payments and issuing receipts to customers. Cashiers also handle additional items necessary, such as vouchers, while providing an excellent customer service experience. 
Duties and Responsibilities (including but not limited to): 
Process sales transactions & Accept payments 
Answer customer questions about products or services 
Work as a team to meet store sales goals by Cross-selling & upselling. 
Handle customer complaints and manage customer queries 
Maintain clean and tidy reception area 
Stay up to date on event promotions and advertisements 
Ensure all the signages in the reception area are correct and up to date. 
Follow the cash handling guidelines 
Always be well-groomed and look presentable 

Actively participate in all internal/external training required for the job 
Educational Qualification and Experience: 
Secondary/High school qualification.  
Two years of receptionist & cashiering experience is required.  
Experience using POS systems is preferred
