About the Role

KARNAF FACTORY FOR CHEMICAL PRODUCTS is seeking a dedicated Merchandiser to join our Marketing and Sales team in Riyadh. This full-time role is crucial for enhancing the presence of our products at various points of sale and ensuring an optimal display experience for customers. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining product visibility and appeal in the market.

Key Responsibilities

• Arrange and organize company products on shelves in stores and points of sale according to approved display standards.
• Ensure continuous product availability and replenish stock regularly.
• Monitor product expiry dates and remove expired or damaged items from shelves.
• Install promotional and advertising materials, including posters, display shelves, and signs.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with store owners and managers.
• Prepare periodic reports on display conditions and competitor activities in the market.
• Coordinate effectively with the sales team to optimize product distribution.

Qualifications and Experience

• Saudi nationality is required, as this position is exclusively for Saudi citizens in compliance with labor regulations.
• 0-1 years of previous experience in field marketing or merchandising, with a preference for experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector.
• Possession of a valid driving license.

Required Skills

• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to perform fieldwork and travel between various points of sale.
• Effective communication skills.

Location and Work Type

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires regular travel to various retail locations within the city to manage product displays and relationships.

Compensation

The salary for this role ranges from 4,000 to 6,000 Saudi Riyals per month, depending on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
