About the Role

GDC Middle East is seeking a qualified 15H Aircraft Pneudraulics Instructor to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves delivering comprehensive training for the 15H MOS Qualification Course, ensuring students achieve the required proficiency and maintenance standards.

Role Context and Responsibilities

Reporting to the Aviation Institute's Technical Department Training Manager, the 15H Aircraft Pneudraulics Instructor is responsible for the end-to-end training process. This includes developing and delivering academic instruction, conducting hands-on performance training, and performing student evaluations. The role also requires the creation and maintenance of accurate Student Training Records.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Deliver academic and hands-on instruction for the 15H MOS Qualification Course.
  • Develop, implement, and revise curriculum to meet course learning objectives.
  • Utilize various teaching techniques and Technical Publications to prepare students.
  • Perform technical writing for Program of Instruction (POI) and conduct periodic courseware revisions.
  • Maintain accurate Student Training Records.
  • Manage and maintain the assigned classroom, including equipment, tools, and supplies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or directed by management.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Required experience: 5-10 years.
  • Must pass an instructor qualification course within the first 90 days of hire.
