About the Account Delivery Operations Specialist Role
Oivan is seeking a reliable, proactive, and organized Account Delivery Operations Specialist to support the daily operations of a large strategic account in Riyadh. This full-time position involves managing account operations, delivery follow-up, customer-related tasks, reporting, presentations, meeting coordination, documentation, and financial follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
The Account Delivery Operations Specialist will be responsible for:
- Supporting day-to-day account operations and delivery coordination across multiple teams.
- Following up on project actions, blockers, deadlines, approvals, and pending items.
- Coordinating with delivery teams, project managers, technical teams, finance, vendors, and client stakeholders.
- Preparing regular status reports, trackers, dashboards, and account-level summaries.
- Supporting the preparation of presentations for various internal and client meetings.
- Preparing meeting agendas, minutes, action logs, and follow-up trackers.
- Tracking delivery progress, team updates, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Supporting customer-related follow-ups to ensure client requests are tracked and addressed.
- Maintaining organized records, files, reports, and supporting documentation.
- Coordinating and following up on invoices, purchase orders, and finance-related documents.
- Ensuring finance and administrative documents are completed and submitted properly.
- Assisting in identifying and resolving administrative and operational gaps.
- Maintaining clear visibility on daily priorities and required actions.
- Supporting basic delivery governance activities, including status updates and action tracking.
Required Qualifications and Experience
Candidates should possess:
- A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in project coordination, delivery coordination, account coordination, administration, reporting, or finance coordination.
- Experience in software delivery, IT services, digital platforms, or project-based environments is preferred.
- Experience with invoices, project documentation, trackers, reports, presentations, and stakeholder follow-up is preferred.
- Experience supporting client-facing teams or large accounts is a strong advantage.
- A Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Project Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred, though relevant experience may be considered.
Essential Skills and Attributes
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and ownership skills.
- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take ownership of tasks.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- The ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams, clients, vendors, and finance stakeholders.
- A good understanding of project-based delivery environments.
- Basic understanding of software development, technical projects, releases, incidents, change requests, and the delivery lifecycle.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- The ability to prepare clear reports, trackers, documentation, and presentations.
- The capacity to summarize information clearly for management and client meetings.
- Basic to good knowledge of Power BI is preferred.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, or similar tools is preferred.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under deadlines.
- A positive attitude, responsiveness, and a willingness to support the team.
- A proactive approach to closing pending items without requiring continuous reminders.
Work Environment and Location
This is a full-time position requiring the specialist to work onsite at the client office in Riyadh. The role involves close collaboration with the Account Manager, project teams, delivery managers, technical teams, finance teams, vendors, and client stakeholders.
