About the Sales & Account Management Specialist Role

stc is seeking a Sales & Account Management Specialist to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires 1-3 years of experience and focuses on supporting sales operations, customer interactions, and service delivery to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction.

Role Overview and Support Functions

The Sales & Account Management Specialist will play a key role in supporting the implementation of operational governance frameworks for Business-Critical services. This involves ensuring effective performance monitoring, diligent documentation management, and adherence to internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and regulatory requirements. The position is centered on providing comprehensive support to sales operations, managing customer interactions, and facilitating service delivery activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support account planning and execution by coordinating with sales teams, maintaining customer data, and monitoring sales operations to identify performance issues.
  • Assist in client interactions by gathering customer requirements and coordinating with relevant internal stakeholders to ensure proper service delivery.
  • Support the identification of sales opportunities through cross-selling and up-selling activities to contribute to revenue targets.
  • Assist in executing sales plans and go-to-market activities in coordination with marketing and supply chain teams.
  • Maintain and support strong customer relationships by ensuring timely communication and addressing customer needs.
  • Support customer service operations by tracking service requests and ensuring issues are followed up and resolved in a timely manner.
  • Assist in managing customer complaints by coordinating with relevant departments to ensure proper resolution and closure of tickets.

Experience and Qualifications

This role requires a minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in a sales support or account management capacity. Candidates should possess a foundational understanding of sales operations and customer service principles. The ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and maintain clear communication with clients is essential.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, within the Riyadh Region. The role is integral to the operational success of stc's business-critical services.
