About the Role

Role Overview

The Sales & Account Management Specialist will be responsible for supporting the implementation of operational governance frameworks for Business-Critical services. This includes ensuring effective performance monitoring, documentation management, and alignment with internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and regulatory requirements. The role is integral to supporting sales operations, managing customer interactions, and facilitating service delivery activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support account planning and execution by coordinating with sales teams, maintaining customer data, and monitoring sales operations to identify performance issues.
• Assist in client interactions by gathering customer requirements and coordinating with relevant internal stakeholders to ensure proper service delivery.
• Support the identification of sales opportunities through cross-selling and up-selling activities to contribute to revenue targets.
• Assist in executing sales plans and go-to-market activities in coordination with marketing and supply chain teams.
• Maintain and support strong customer relationships by ensuring timely communication and addressing customer needs.
• Support customer service operations by tracking service requests and ensuring issues are followed up and resolved in a timely manner.
• Assist in managing customer complaints by coordinating with relevant departments to ensure proper resolution and closure of tickets.

Experience and Qualifications

This role requires 1-3 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of sales operations, customer relationship management, and service delivery processes within a business-critical services environment.
