Account Manager, Creative Agency

GEN PLUS Group is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role requires an individual with 5-10 years of agency experience in managing multi-disciplinary projects that include production, creative, digital, and social media content. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker proficient in client relationship management, project oversight, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client liaison, understanding objectives and ensuring execution across production, creative, and digital campaigns.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships and repeat business.
• Manage multiple simultaneous projects, including creative development, video production, and social content, ensuring smooth execution.
• Collaborate with internal agency teams, such as producers, creatives, designers, and social strategists, to develop and deliver content for clients.
• Oversee project timelines and resource allocation to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Facilitate clear communication between clients and internal teams, translating client needs into actionable plans.
• Work closely with clients to understand their business and marketing goals, driving creative solutions to enhance their brand.
• Identify and capitalize on business growth opportunities within existing accounts and contribute to new business pitches.
• Stay informed on industry trends, emerging digital and social platforms, and content best practices to offer innovative solutions.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5+ years of experience in account management within a creative agency, production house, or digital/social agency.
• Strong understanding of creative development, video production, and social media content.
• Proven ability to manage integrated campaigns across multiple channels.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized with strong project management and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under tight deadlines.
• Experience using project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Passion for creativity, storytelling, brand building, and digital innovation.
