The Opportunity: Account Manager

Kerry is seeking an Account Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is dedicated to managing and expanding the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) business within the region.

Role Purpose and Scope

The Account Manager will be responsible for the management and growth of Kerry's QSR business across Saudi Arabia. This role serves as the primary commercial contact for local stakeholders, with a focus on driving profitable growth, executing defined account strategies, and coordinating internal cross-functional teams. A key aspect of the role is ensuring excellent customer service and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily relationships with key QSR stakeholders in Saudi Arabia.
  • Execute regional account strategies locally, ensuring alignment with GCC objectives.
  • Identify sales growth opportunities, menu innovation, and value creation.
  • Achieve revenue, margin, and volume targets for the assigned accounts.
  • Develop annual business plans and customer growth strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers across procurement, marketing, operations, and product development.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor for customer needs and business challenges.
  • Lead regular business reviews and strategic planning sessions with customers.
  • Collaborate with R&D, Culinary, Marketing, and Operations teams for successful product launches.
  • Manage customer project pipelines and ensure timely execution.
  • Coordinate new product development and commercialization activities.
  • Prepare customer quotations, pricing recommendations, and conduct contract negotiations.
  • Monitor account profitability and recommend actions for performance improvement.
  • Support forecasting, demand planning, and budget management processes.
  • Coordinate internal resources across Sales, Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, Regulatory, and Finance.
  • Ensure effective communication of customer requirements throughout the organization.
  • Lead initiatives for issue resolution and customer service excellence.
  • Monitor QSR and foodservice trends within Saudi Arabia.
  • Track competitor activities and customer developments.
  • Translate market insights into actionable business opportunities.

Candidate Profile

Candidates should possess 5 to 8+ years of relevant experience for this role.
