About the Role

El-Ajou Group Trading is seeking an Account Manager to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is focused on driving strategic sales growth by identifying, developing, and managing key customer accounts within the enterprise and government sectors. The role involves delivering value-added technology solutions and requires a consultative sales professional with strong business development skills.

Role Overview

The Account Manager will be responsible for managing complex sales cycles, building executive-level relationships, and consistently exceeding sales targets. The focus will be on technology solutions including Managed Print Services (MPS), Document Management & Digital Archiving Solutions, Scanning Solutions, Asset Tracking, Barcode & Labeling Solutions, and related IT services.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals in collaboration with Pre-Sales and Technical teams.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline, and CRM records.
• Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be a consultative sales professional with a proven track record in business development. This role requires an individual capable of managing complex sales processes and fostering strong client relationships at an executive level.
