Account Manager

About the Role

Midis Group is seeking an Account Manager to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves promoting the company's products and services through strategic partnerships and client engagement. The Account Manager will focus on optimizing sales volumes and leading marketing initiatives within the assigned territory.

Role Purpose and Scope

The Account Manager is responsible for driving the promotion of company products and services. This includes developing and implementing a clear strategy, fostering sound partnerships with existing and potential clients, and championing marketing programs to achieve sales objectives. The role requires a focus on expanding market reach and ensuring long-term revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement the strategy and roadmap for assigned products/services in alignment with the management team.
• Lead partner relations, ensuring alignment with company management and strategy.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing channels/clients to expand sales within the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain a robust channel/customer database, analyze data, and develop metrics to evaluate loyalty and identify new opportunities.
• Specify market requirements for current and future products/services through market research and ongoing visits to existing and potential customers.
• Execute and supervise the entire sales cycle, from quotation generation to collection.
• Track credit and payment performance, review outstanding settlements, and manage resolutions as necessary.
• Generate sales for the entire product/service line, focusing on long-term revenue and profitability.
• Develop and deliver accurate sales forecasts and market development reports in line with business objectives.
• Oversee the implementation of targeted programs and marketing activities, monitor progress, and provide recommendations.
• Promote the company and its services within the region.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a relevant field is required.
