About the Accountant Role

Wasf Company for Advocacy and Legal Consulting is seeking a Full-time Accountant to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves managing daily financial operations, preparing essential financial documents, and supporting various administrative functions within the firm. The Accountant will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Prepare invoices, process payments, and generate financial reports.
  • Reconcile accounts and provide support for month-end closing procedures.
  • Assist with employee records and general HR administration tasks.
  • Monitor attendance and manage personnel documentation.
  • Oversee general office administration and follow up on operational tasks.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in an accounting role.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage daily accounting operations and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in account reconciliation and month-end closing processes.
  • Experience with HR administration and personnel documentation is beneficial.
