About the Role

King Khaled Eye Specialist Hospital (KKESH) is seeking a dedicated Accountant to join its finance team in Riyadh. This full-time role is essential for supporting day-to-day accounting operations and ensuring the accuracy of financial records within the hospital.

Role Purpose

The Accountant plays a crucial part in the financial department by maintaining precise financial records, efficiently processing various financial transactions, and contributing to the preparation of comprehensive financial reports. The role ensures adherence to established policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining computerized accounting reports and records.
• Maintain and update financial records in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Support the Accounting Manager and Director of Finance in preparing financial reports.
• Record and follow up on payment orders processed through the subsidy account at Al Rajhi Bank.
• Register and track payment orders for employee salaries and entitlements within the Ministry of Finance's Etimad system.
• Assist in preparing monthly settlements for hospital accounts held at Al-Rajhi Bank.
• Prepare payment orders for payroll, grants, and donations through the hospital’s bank accounts at Al Rajhi Bank.
• Register financial transactions within the General Court of Accountancy system.
• Undertake other related duties as required or assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from an accredited university (Essential).
