Fursan Travel is seeking a dedicated Accounting AP / AR professional to join its Finance team. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and plays a vital role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting core accounting operations. This role supports Saudization initiatives, and priority will be given to qualified Saudi nationals.

Purpose of the Role

The Accounting AP / AR position is responsible for the precise management of accounts payable and receivable processes. The successful candidate will perform essential reconciliations, contribute to month-end closing procedures, and assist with financial reporting activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and established accounting standards.

Core Responsibilities

• Record daily financial transactions accurately within the accounting system.
• Manage comprehensive accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Prepare and reconcile statements for both customers and suppliers.
• Follow up on outstanding balances to ensure timely collections and payments.
• Prepare aging reports for both receivables and payables.
• Perform bank reconciliations and resolve any identified discrepancies.
• Issue invoices, credit notes, and other related financial documents.
• Support month-end closing and financial reporting activities.
• Ensure strict compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Coordinate with internal departments to effectively resolve accounting issues.
• Maintain Excel trackers and various financial reports as required.
• Support audit processes by providing necessary documentation.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 1–3 years of experience in a relevant accounting role (preferred).

Location and Work Type

This is a full-time position, requiring presence at our offices in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role operates within a collaborative Finance team environment.
