Role Overview: Accounts Receivable Accountant

Mutakamela Insurance is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Accountant to join its finance team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is an opportunity for candidates with 0-1 years of experience, including fresh graduates, eager to begin their career in accounting within the insurance sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer invoices, monitoring payments, and ensuring accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and on time.
• Record and reconcile accounts receivable transactions, performing reconciliations and resolving discrepancies.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain up-to-date records of all receivables' transactions.
• Prepare AR aging reports.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
• Maintain organized financial files and ensure data accuracy.
• Coordinate with sales and finance teams on billing issues.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
• 0-1 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar role.

Required Skills

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with accounting systems (preferred).
• Proficiency in both English and Arabic communication.
