About the Role

Google is seeking an AI Outcome Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineering, to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves bridging the gap between pre-sales agreement shaping and post-sales execution for AI accounts. The successful candidate will ensure that solutions are designed with a focus on adoption, rapid activation, and viable delivery, entering the agreement cycle during the technical evaluation phase.

Role Context and Integration

Aligned with the Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) organization, this position requires architecting the integration of technical assets into customer IT ecosystems. This includes addressing aspects such as connectors, identity management, data residency, and legal constraints to ensure seamless and compliant deployments.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with Account teams and Practice Customer Engineers (CEs) during technical evaluation phases to assess project feasibility, develop proposals for long-term adoption, and validate FDE engagement requests.
Engage with code-level context to diagnose and resolve complex customer implementation issues, identify core product bugs, and test workarounds to overcome execution roadblocks.
Act as the primary liaison to core Product and Engineering teams, troubleshooting systemic deployment blockers and translating real-world field feedback into actionable feature requests.
Guide implementation strategy through technical authority and architectural foresight, taking ownership of the technical reality of delivery alongside customer-facing teams.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in a similar role, demonstrating a strong background in technical evaluation, solution architecture, and problem-solving within complex IT environments.
