About the Role

Allergan Aesthetics, an AbbVie Company, is seeking an AMI Coordinator for a contract position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is central to supporting and executing medical education programs, scientific events, and operational activities within the organization. The AMI Coordinator will manage various logistical and administrative tasks to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and compliantly.

Role Overview

The AMI Coordinator is responsible for the end-to-end management of event logistics, including travel arrangements, vendor coordination, contract administration, and compliance processes. This position provides essential administrative support, ensuring that all medical education programs and scientific events adhere to established schedules and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate medical education events, workshops, and congresses from initial planning through to execution.
  • Manage comprehensive travel logistics, including flights, hotels, visas, transfers, and itineraries for faculty, healthcare professionals (HCPs), and internal teams.
  • Handle faculty invitations, registrations, contracts, and all related communication.
  • Oversee vendor management, including obtaining quotations, processing purchase orders, managing invoices, and ensuring timely delivery of event components.
  • Support compliance, legal, finance, procurement, and medical approval processes for all activities.
  • Maintain accurate project plans, trackers, budgets, reports, and event documentation.
  • Coordinate content, presentation materials, and overall event logistics.
  • Assist with financial tracking, reporting, and post-event reconciliation.
  • Ensure precise documentation and effective utilization of company systems, including Salesforce, Veeva Vault, PRISM, and other relevant platforms.

Experience and Work Type

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in supporting medical education programs or event coordination. This is a contract position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Work Environment
