The Opportunity: Analyst, Leadership / People Consulting

Heidrick & Struggles is seeking an Analyst, Leadership / People Consulting to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is the initial step on the consulting career path, designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience. The Analyst supports client engagements and product development by researching, gathering, interpreting, and presenting complex data in an impactful way. This position offers exposure to leaders across various industries and geographies, providing an opportunity for development within a fast-growing leadership and organization consultancy specializing in accelerating performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research, organize and analyze client data, and present results in a simplified format.
• Interpret data themes using qualitative and basic quantitative analytical techniques to drive insights for decision-making.
• Prepare client output that conveys results clearly and compellingly.
• Structure interview guides, data collection methods, and surveys with limited guidance.
• Prepare for client meetings and support assessments.
• Take ownership of assigned work, proactively managing tasks to completion and ensuring deliverables are client-ready.
• Plan and prioritize personal work to meet deadlines and quality standards, aiming for a 70% utilization target.
• Support the team in producing high-quality deliverables and collaborate effectively with colleagues across the organization.
• Contribute to firm building by supporting the design and roll-out of new products/tools and internal initiatives.
• Build and share reusable, client-ready materials, insights, and project learnings.
• Develop deep knowledge of one or more Heidrick Consulting solutions and proactively pursue personal learning.

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree, completed apprenticeship, or equivalent practical work experience.
• 0-1 years of professional experience.
• Demonstrated capability to effectively work with clients, ideally with prior experience in a consulting firm.
