Role Overview

As an Apple Channel Store Advisor, you will support the sales, merchandising, and operations of an Apple Shop located within a partner reseller store in Al Kharj, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This internship position requires a dynamic individual who can lead, manage business, and influence partner staff through a forward-thinking approach and a passion for Apple technology. The work schedule is 40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends, based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent Apple within a partner store and foster customer relationships with the brand.
• Share in-depth knowledge of Apple products directly with customers, collaborate with partners, and facilitate new product ownership.
• Deliver customer experiences by showcasing Apple products, accessories, and services.
• Proactively identify opportunities to increase awareness for both new and existing customers.
• Stay informed on technology trends and initiatives that impact the customer journey.
• Ensure all Apple fixtures, product displays, and merchandising elements in the store meet Apple's standards and are up to date.
• Conduct daily care and inspection according to guidelines and escalate issues for timely resolution.
• Educate customers through individual and group product demonstrations, sharing sales promotions, and encouraging adoption of the Apple platform.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 0-1 year of experience is required for this internship role.
• Demonstrated ambitious spirit and leadership potential.
• Strong interest in technology and passion for Apple products.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and conduct product demonstrations.
• Capability to train partner staff and ensure merchandising standards are met.

Work Schedule

This position requires a commitment of 40 hours per week. The work schedule will be determined by business needs and will include evenings and weekends.
