We are seeking an Application Consultant to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The Application Consultant Position

This full-time Application Consultant role is central to administering, configuring, and continuously improving the ServiceNow platform, which underpins a significant portion of the organization's HR and IT service delivery. The position also involves acting as an application consultant across the wider applications estate, translating business requirements from all functions into configured, well-documented, and reliable application solutions. Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Core Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability.
• Configure and enhance workflows, automations, catalogs, and business applications within ServiceNow.
• Support and improve HR Service Delivery (HRSD) capabilities, including case management and employee services.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable application solutions.
• Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow, SAP SuccessFactors, Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, and other business applications.
• Provide advanced application support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics to improve operational visibility and decision-making.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver enhancements and projects successfully.

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience with ERP and/or HCM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong understanding of business processes across HR, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain.

Certifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is highly preferred.
• ITIL, Microsoft, and additional ServiceNow certifications are advantageous.
