About the Role

Onftech is seeking an Application Support Engineer to join its technology team in Riyadh. This full-time position is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are ready to provide essential technical support for Onftech's products and systems.

Role Overview

The Application Support Engineer will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of internal and external applications. This involves direct engagement with support tickets, thorough troubleshooting of application issues, and maintaining clear documentation of resolutions. The role also requires close collaboration with development and product teams to facilitate deployments and contribute to continuous product improvement.

Core Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1-2 technical support for Onftech products to customers.
• Respond to incidents and requests within a ticketing system, delivering technical support to international customers in adherence to SLA requirements.
• Offer support through remote desktop software, phone calls, instant messaging, and on-site visits to customer premises in Riyadh when necessary.
• Utilize support ticketing software to track, log, and prioritize reported issues.
• Analyze software and hardware problems to develop and implement permanent solutions.
• Investigate issues and implement effective workarounds and solutions.
• Contribute to product innovation by gathering partner feedback and sharing it with the Product team to enhance processes and product offerings.
• Act as a technical point of contact to provide training for partners and customers.
• Prepare and share periodic support reports with customers.

Required Experience

• A minimum of 0-1 years of experience in an application support or similar technical role.

Work Setting

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within a growing technology team. The role may require occasional on-site support at customer locations in Riyadh.
