Honeywell (KSA) is seeking an Application/Sys Sales Engineer I to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience, focusing on enhancing customer satisfaction and driving business growth through technical support and strategic initiatives. The role involves shaping the customer experience strategy and optimizing customer experience programs.

Role Purpose and Impact

As a CX (Sales Support Specialist), this role is central to supporting technical requests from customers, which is crucial for optimizing customer experience programs and driving business growth. The specialist will work to improve customer satisfaction, increase revenue, strengthen cross-functional collaboration, and foster a customer-centric culture, all contributing to the organization's long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret client requirements, building codes, and relevant fire safety standards to develop compliant, cost-effective, and robust Fire, Security, or BMS solutions.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, architects, and contractors throughout the design and project lifecycle to ensure alignment, technical accuracy, and timely delivery.
• Prepare detailed system architecture and bill of materials for Fire, Security, or BMS systems, including complimentary systems.
• Review project specifications, drawings, BOQs, and client requirements.
• Prepare technical proposals for bids and tenders.
• Understand the competitive landscape and local industry practices for assigned systems and regions.
• Conduct product demonstrations, Proof of Concepts (PoCs), presentations, and technical consultations.
• Obtain vendor quotations and evaluate technical and commercial compliance.
• Support project managers and installation teams by providing engineering input during procurement, construction, and commissioning phases.
• Develop product enhancements and new product developments to increase product specifications and quality.
• Conduct technical reviews, design risk assessments, and site visits to resolve technical queries and verify installation quality as per design intent.
• Develop and implement customer-centric programs to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer-focused initiatives and ensure alignment with business goals.

Experience and Qualifications
