Honeywell (KSA) is seeking an Application/Sys Sales Engineer I to join their team in Riyadh. Role Contribution

As an Application/Sys Sales Engineer I, you will play a role in shaping the customer experience strategy. Key Responsibilities

• Interpret client requirements, building codes, and fire safety standards to develop compliant and cost-effective Fire, Security, or BMS solutions.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, architects, and contractors throughout the design and project lifecycle to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
• Prepare detailed system architecture and bill of materials for Fire, Security, or BMS systems, including complimentary systems.
• Review project specifications, drawings, BOQs, and client requirements.
• Prepare technical proposals for bids and tenders.
• Understand the competitive landscape and local industry practices for assigned systems and regions.
• Conduct product demonstrations, Proof of Concepts (PoCs), presentations, and technical consultations.
• Obtain vendor quotations and evaluate technical and commercial compliance.
• Support project managers and installation teams by providing engineering input during procurement, construction, and commissioning phases.
• Develop product enhancements and new product developments to improve product specifications and quality.
• Conduct technical reviews, design risk assessments, and site visits to resolve technical queries and verify installation quality.
• Develop and implement customer-centric programs to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer-focused initiatives and ensure alignment with business goals.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates for this position should have 0-1 years of relevant experience. The role requires a foundational understanding of technical support and customer interaction within a sales engineering context.
