Architect Landscape Draftsman

About the Role

UNIMAC - United Maintenance and Contracting Company is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Architect Landscape Draftsman to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves preparing architectural and landscape drawings, technical plans, and construction documentation. The successful candidate will collaborate with architects, landscape designers, engineers, and project teams to produce accurate drawings that adhere to project requirements, design standards, and applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural and landscape drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, layouts, and detailed drawings.
• Develop landscape master plans, hardscape layouts, softscape plans, planting layouts, and irrigation coordination drawings.
• Produce detailed CAD drawings and 2D/3D models based on design concepts, sketches, and project specifications.
• Prepare construction drawings, shop drawings, and detailed sections for landscape and architectural elements.
• Coordinate drawings with structural, MEP, civil, irrigation, and other relevant disciplines.
• Incorporate design revisions and comments from architects, consultants, clients, and project managers.
• Assist in material selection, landscape detailing, and preparation of schedules and drawing documentation.
• Maintain drawing standards, file organization, revision control, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, applicable building codes, and relevant authority requirements.

Experience and Qualifications

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in architectural and landscape drafting.
• Demonstrated ability to prepare comprehensive architectural and landscape drawings.
• Proficiency in CAD software and 2D/3D modeling.
• Strong understanding of design standards, building codes, and relevant regulations.

Work Environment

This role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and operates on a full-time basis within UNIMAC - United Maintenance and Contracting Company. The position requires close collaboration with multidisciplinary project teams.
