Senior Landscape Architect

About the Role

WSP Middle East is seeking a Senior Landscape Architect to join its Landscape Architecture team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves supporting the design and delivery of projects across the UAE and Saudi Arabia, contributing to a range of landscape-led developments. The position requires collaboration within multidisciplinary teams from concept through to detailed design stages.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of landscape architecture and public realm concepts from visioning through detailed design.
• Produce high-quality hand sketches, freehand illustrations, and digital visualizations to communicate design intent.
• Support landscape master planning, urban design, public realm, and detailed landscape architecture projects.
• Collaborate with architects, urban designers, engineers, planners, and environmental specialists to deliver integrated design solutions.
• Develop sustainable and cost-effective landscape design proposals aligned with client aspirations and project objectives.
• Prepare presentations, reports, drawings, design narratives, and technical documentation.
• Participate in client meetings, workshops, and design reviews, presenting concepts and design solutions.
• Support project delivery from concept design through construction stages while maintaining WSP's quality standards.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to the growth of the Landscape Design Studio.
• Stay informed of emerging industry trends, design technologies, sustainability initiatives, and best practices.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of experience in a relevant landscape architecture role.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, involving work within multidisciplinary teams on projects across the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
