B Consult is seeking a qualified and experienced Architect to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves contributing to architectural projects from conception through completion, ensuring adherence to design principles and quality standards.

The Architect Role

The Architect will be responsible for developing clear architectural designs and ensuring project execution aligns with established standards. This role requires an in-depth understanding of all project phases, from initial design to final completion. A key aspect involves diligent communication with stakeholders to ensure timely execution and conducting frequent quality assurance checks to maintain adherence to regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed plans and drawings that clearly outline the architectural design of projects.
• Apply knowledge of engineering principles, mathematics, science, and materials to achieve optimal finished products.
• Perform site evaluations to verify work quality and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Provide oversight and strategic recommendations throughout the entire construction process.
• Collaborate effectively with various internal and external teams to define project goals, schedules, and budgets.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of professional experience as an Architect.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for creating clear diagrams and architectural plans.
• Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of all stages related to project completion.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with necessary project stakeholders.
• Ability to conduct thorough quality assurance checks and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Solid understanding of engineering, mathematics, science, and construction materials.

Work Environment & Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires active participation in project sites and collaborative office environments to ensure project success.
