Area Manager Food Service / HoReCa

About the Role

Sitaf Food is seeking an experienced Area Manager for Food Service / HoReCa to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves leading sales teams and developing business within assigned regions. The position requires strong people management skills, a focus on achieving results, and the ability to develop employees through training and coaching. Key Responsibilities

• Lead, organize, and motivate the sales team, setting clear objectives and expectations.
• Drive sales growth and profitability, ensuring individual and regional targets are achieved.
• Provide regular training, coaching, and support to strengthen the team’s skills and performance.
• Monitor results, give constructive feedback, and address areas for improvement.
• Develop customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Work closely with other departments to meet customer needs and support business priorities.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience in foodservice / HoReCa sales, preferably within food distribution.
• Previous experience managing and developing a sales team.
• Strong orientation towards objectives, with a track record of delivering results.
• Ability to train, coach, and motivate people.
• A flexible, practical approach to changing priorities and business needs.
• Strong communication, organization, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region.

Work Environment and Travel

This role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires regular travel within the assigned regions, which include Central, Eastern, Western, and Southern areas. The position is full-time and involves an active presence in the field to support sales teams and business development.

Experience Level

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience to be considered for this role.
