Wooden Coffee is seeking an Area Manager to oversee operations across multiple coffee shop locations. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Area Manager plays a key role in ensuring consistent operating standards, product quality, and an excellent guest experience across all assigned stores.

Role Overview

The Area Manager is responsible for the overall performance and operational excellence of several coffee shop locations. This involves direct supervision of store managers, monitoring key performance indicators, and implementing company policies to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction. The role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervising store managers to ensure operational effectiveness and adherence to company standards.
• Monitoring sales performance and implementing strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Managing staffing needs, including recruitment support and scheduling across the area.
• Supporting training and development initiatives for all store personnel.
• Implementing and enforcing company policies and procedures consistently.
• Improving inventory management practices and cost control measures.
• Reviewing store reports to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborating with leadership on local marketing initiatives to enhance brand presence.
• Supporting the successful opening of new store locations.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Required Experience

• Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in a similar managerial role, preferably within the coffee shop or food and beverage industry.

Work Environment

This is an on-site, full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves regular travel between multiple coffee shop locations within the assigned area to ensure direct oversight and support.
