Area Manager Specialty Coffee

About the Role

Qureos is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Area Manager for a specialty coffee chain in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves overseeing the operations of multiple stores within a designated area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the coffee industry and a proven track record in managing and developing successful teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the operations of multiple specialty coffee stores in the designated area.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with store managers and staff to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality products and services.
• Monitor and analyze store performance through regular visits and audits.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Train and mentor store managers on effective management techniques and company policies.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to store managers.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Participate in the recruitment and selection of store managers and other staff.
• Manage inventory and ensure proper stock levels at all times.
• Identify and address any operational issues in a timely manner.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the specialty coffee industry, preferably in a managerial role.
• Proven track record in managing multiple stores and achieving business objectives.

Required Skills

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and point of sale systems.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic is required.
