Role Overview

The Area Manager is responsible for leading and developing store teams in alignment with brand and company strategy. This full-time position, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, involves overseeing operations, driving sales, controlling costs, and ensuring high retail standards to deliver a positive customer experience. The role provides managerial direction to ensure store success and an outstanding shopping experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor regularly to ensure sales and operational goals are achieved.
• Ensure store managers and staff maintain stores to the highest standards, ensuring organization and proper merchandising.
• Achieve sales targets through a proactive commercial agenda, developing and planning new business initiatives.
• Monitor cash flows, sales performance, inventory control, cash sales receipts, and operating records.
• Ensure all customer service initiatives are implemented and resolve issues promptly.
• Guide Store Managers to consistently achieve key customer service targets and goals.
• Monitor stock control to ensure store shrink is within company guidelines, protecting company property and assets.
• Provide analytical feedback on store performance during weekly and monthly trade reviews with the Brand Director.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop store teams.
• Proven track record in retail operations, sales management, and cost control.
• Strong understanding of retail standards and customer experience delivery.
