Role Summary

The Area Operations Manager for E-Commerce Fulfillment Operations, specifically for the Central 3 region, is a full-time position based in Riyadh. This role is central to overseeing a portfolio of stores, ensuring their operational efficiency and financial performance align with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee a designated group of retail stores, including direct management of reporting supervisors.
• Implement and ensure consistent adherence to established management strategies across all assigned stores.
• Provide coaching and guidance to the team to ensure all stores consistently achieve their defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Monitor performance against financial targets and actively work towards achieving Profit & Loss (P&L) objectives.
