About the Role: Area Sales Manager II

Almarai is seeking an Area Sales Manager II to direct, control, and effectively manage van sales operations within an assigned territory. This full-time role, based in Riyadh, focuses on achieving budgeted volume and margin targets for Almarai products through continuous monitoring and review of team performance. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the performance of Supervisors to ensure all sales areas achieve targeted volume and margin.
• Achieve budgeted volume and margin for Fresh, Foods, Juice, and UHT products to meet the company’s profit objectives.
• Meet weekly distribution targets across all trade channels, adhering to the recommended product portfolio to optimize sales and increase market share.
• Monitor and ensure product orders align with market demand to control wastage and optimize sales.
• Ensure all customers comply with the company's credit policy to prevent financial losses.

Required Experience

• Candidates should possess 2-5 years of experience in a relevant sales management role.
