About the Role

Imploy is seeking an Assistant General Manager to join its leadership team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time, senior-level position is designed for a professional who can drive operational excellence, oversee daily business functions, and support the General Manager in executing the company's strategic vision.

Role Purpose

The Assistant General Manager will play a central role in improving operational performance, leading cross-functional teams, and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations across all departments to ensure efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
  • Ensure operational activities align with company objectives, policies, and quality standards.
  • Monitor performance and implement improvements to optimize business operations.
  • Support the General Manager in developing and executing strategic initiatives.
  • Contribute to annual business plans, budgets, and performance objectives.
  • Monitor progress against organizational goals and recommend corrective actions when needed.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop department managers and operational teams.
  • Promote a high-performance culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and support employee development initiatives.
  • Monitor financial performance, budgets, and operational expenditures.
  • Identify opportunities to improve profitability and reduce operational costs.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and internal controls.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, government entities, and strategic partners.
  • Represent the organization professionally in meetings, negotiations, and business engagements.
  • Support business development and partnership initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable Saudi regulations.
  • Maintain high standards of operational quality, safety, and customer service.
  • Identify operational risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of proven experience in a senior leadership role. The successful candidate will be a results-oriented leader with demonstrated ability in improving operational performance, leading cross-functional teams, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
