About the Role

Hyatt Place Riyadh Al Sulaimania is seeking an Assistant Manager Food & Beverage to support the daily operations of its Food & Beverage department. This full-time role, located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, involves leading the team during shifts and ensuring a consistent dining experience for guests.

Role Overview

The Assistant Manager Food & Beverage will be responsible for the smooth functioning of all Food & Beverage outlets and services. This position requires a hands-on leader who can manage daily operations, support team development, and maintain service quality in a hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the daily operation of all Food & Beverage outlets and services.
• Lead and support the team during daily operations, busy periods, and events.
• Ensure consistent service quality and maintain hotel standards.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Supervise service preparation and ensure outlets are ready for operation.
• Support team scheduling, attendance, training, and development.
• Monitor service performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate closely with the Kitchen and other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor stock levels, equipment, and operational supplies.
• Support cost control and minimize waste while maintaining service quality.
• Ensure hygiene, food safety, and workplace safety standards are followed.
• Support the Food & Beverage Manager in achieving departmental goals and maintaining overall guest satisfaction.
