Role Overview

Almarai is seeking an Assistant Manager II - System & Process Projects to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is critical for ensuring system availability, business continuity, and service excellence within the organization. The role focuses on effective integration with SAP and other enterprise applications, serving as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and implementation partners to ensure the SO99 Planning Solution efficiently supports planning objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the SO99 Planning Solution.
• Ensure system availability, stability, and performance in accordance with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs), including the management of incidents and service requests.
• Lead activities related to issue resolution, root cause analysis, and problem management.
• Coordinate incident and service request management processes.
• Monitor application health, job execution, interfaces, and data synchronization.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in system and process management, particularly with enterprise applications such as SAP. The ability to effectively liaise between business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and implementation partners is essential. A strong understanding of principles related to system availability, business continuity, and service excellence is required.
