Assistant Manager Plant Talent Experience

About the Role

CEER is seeking an Assistant Manager, Plant Talent Experience to administer all aspects of Plant Talent Experience. This full-time role focuses on ensuring efficient document processing, providing personnel services, and resolving employee issues in a timely manner. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for maintaining accurate employee information and delivering high-quality support to CEER employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Update and maintain accurate employee information within the Masar system (SuccessFactors).
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of employee documents, including contracts and other related paperwork.
• Provide guidance and clarification to employees regarding Human Resources policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement action plans to address discrepancies or issues related to employee information and documentation.
• Fulfill employee requests accurately and promptly.
• Provide effective and timely resolution for employee issues and grievances.
• Administer personnel services, such as renewing employee contracts and updating relevant documentation in the Masar system.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the implementation of best practices.
• Stay updated on relevant regulations and ensure compliance.
• Supervise Plant Talent Experience operations, including task assignment, providing support and guidance, and coordinating with vendors.
• Prepare reports, manage administrative issues, and contribute to policy development.

Job Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to administer all aspects of Plant Talent Experience. This involves ensuring efficient document processing, providing comprehensive personnel services, and facilitating the timely resolution of employee issues. The role is critical for maintaining accurate employee information and delivering high-quality support to CEER employees in accordance with service level agreements (SLAs), while also contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

• Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience.
