Assistant Sales Manager

About the Role

IHG Hotels & Resorts is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on supporting revenue growth by building client relationships and maximizing occupancy across guest rooms, meeting spaces, and banquet halls.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily sales activities and work towards achieving individual sales targets.
• Develop new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Promote guest rooms, meeting facilities, and banquet services to maximize revenue.
• Assist with sales proposals, site inspections, and contract negotiations.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify business opportunities.
• Produce and review sales reports to monitor performance.

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience required: 0-1 year in a relevant field.
• A passion for building client relationships and supporting revenue growth.
