Assistant Security Manager

About the Role

Hilton is seeking an Assistant Health and Safety Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves supporting the Health and Safety Manager in maintaining health, safety, food safety, fire safety, and security protocols across designated hotels. The Assistant Health and Safety Manager contributes to ensuring a safe environment for guests and team members by implementing company policies and conducting regular checks.

Key Responsibilities

• Support hotel safety compliance by assisting the Health and Safety Manager in overseeing health and safety, food safety, fire safety, and security protocols.
• Implement risk management practices, enforce company health and safety policies, and support efforts to reduce guest complaints and civil claims related to safety or hygiene.
• Conduct regular audits, accident investigations, and food safety checks to identify risks, document findings, and ensure corrective actions are taken.
• Deliver safety training on food hygiene, fire safety, and other compliance topics to managers and team members, and maintain accurate training records.
• Monitor fire safety systems in collaboration with Facilities to test fire detection and sprinkler systems, conduct weekly fire tours, and report deficiencies as needed.
• Assist Facilities in monitoring contractor activity to ensure adherence to health and safety standards.
