The role involves managing a territory from both clinical and sales perspectives.

Role Overview and Context

This position is integral to Medtronic's Diabetes division, which is undergoing a strategic separation to foster growth and innovation. As part of this evolving business, the Associate Clinical Specialist will play a key role in advancing the adoption of Medtronic's diabetes product portfolio. The role requires a proactive approach to both clinical support and sales activities within the designated territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed tactical plans with specific objectives for the progression of the Medtronic Diabetes Portfolio.
• Gain a thorough understanding of product applications within the Saudi healthcare market.
• Achieve quarterly and annual sales objectives, targets, and initiatives.
• Attend meetings, workshops, and exhibitions as required, which may involve some out-of-hours work.
• Build and maintain an effective network of key opinion leaders within the market.
• Promote and present educational programs to healthcare professionals.
• Educate patients on the use of diabetes devices and provide troubleshooting support.
• Follow up on orders with Customer Service and Logistics departments.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree.
• Demonstrated ability to drive growth and new business.
• Proven record of strong cross-functional collaboration.
• Natural ability to identify business opportunities and influence others.
• Full current Saudi Driving Licence.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Training & Education, Background Education, or Work Experience related to Diabetes, Nutrition, or any Medical Field within a hospital setting using advanced medical devices.
