Role Overview

Averda is seeking a Saudi National to join as an Associate Collections & Disputes in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to managing customer receivables, ensuring timely collections, and reducing overdue balances. The Associate will play a key part in resolving billing issues and maintaining healthy cash flow by working closely with customers and internal teams to achieve collection targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve assigned collection targets.
  • Conduct routine customer visits to reconcile balances and collect payments promptly.
  • Initiate routine customer calls to follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Implement actions to encourage timely payments from customers.
  • Resolve billing and customer credit issues, and update account status records and collection efforts accordingly.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Candidates must be a Saudi National.
  • A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in collections or accounts receivable is required.

Work Environment and Type

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves direct interaction with customers and collaboration with internal teams within Averda's dynamic environment.
