Qiddiya, located in Riyadh, is seeking an Associate Director Asset Finance Business Partner. This full-time role is integral to the Finance Business Partners structure within the organization, focusing on strategic financial support for assigned assets and business units.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to act as a strategic finance partner, delivering financial insights, performance analysis, and support for budgeting, forecasting, and investment activities. The Associate Director will contribute to driving business performance and value creation across various assets and business units.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with asset and business leaders on strategic and financial decisions.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Monitor asset performance, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend improvements.
• Review business cases, investment proposals, and capital expenditure requests.
• Deliver financial analysis, reporting, and performance insights to management.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, controls, and governance requirements.
• Support cross-functional initiatives and continuous improvement projects.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position should possess a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in finance, with a focus on business partnering and strategic financial management.
