Carrefour Saudi Arabia, part of Majid Al Futtaim, is seeking an Associate - Information Technology to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role is based at the MAF Retail Head Office and is responsible for delivering high-quality IT support and customer care to various business units.

Role Responsibilities

The Associate - Information Technology will undertake the following key responsibilities:

• Provide first-level support for all IT-related requests from business units.
• Offer hotline support during non-office hours, holidays, and weekends as required.
• Support all IT products and services, including answering user questions and troubleshooting problems.
• Coordinate, test, and review requests for changes identified by MAF Retail staff.
• Update tickets with appropriate journal entries of activities and close tickets upon job completion and resolution.
• Verify that suggested solutions effectively resolve users' problems through verbal or email follow-up.
• Support the implementation of action plans designed to increase productivity, performance, and operational effectiveness.
• Report any actions that may interfere with the proper functioning of the company.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field.
• 0-2 years of experience in an IT Department.

Essential Skills and Attributes

• Demonstrated business communication and presentation skills.
• Highly organized with strong multitasking capabilities.
