The Role: Associate – Information Technology

This full-time Associate – Information Technology position is based in Riyadh. The role is responsible for providing high-quality IT service and excellent customer care to internal clients. This involves receiving, prioritizing, documenting, and actively resolving IT-related requests in a timely manner. The Associate will primarily communicate with users over the telephone within a busy helpdesk environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support to all business units for IT-related requests.
• Offer hotline support during non-office hours, holidays, and weekends when required.
• Support all IT products and services, including answering user questions and troubleshooting problems.
• Coordinate, test, and review requests for changes identified by MAF Retail staff.
• Update tickets with appropriate journal entries of activities and close tickets with the resolution entered upon job completion.
• Verify that suggested solutions effectively resolve user problems through verbal or email follow-up.
• Support the implementation of action plans aimed at increasing productivity, performance, and effectiveness of operations.
• Report any actions that might interfere with the proper functioning of the company.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 0-1 years of experience in an information technology support role or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to provide customer-focused IT support.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with users via telephone and email.
