Audio Visual Technician

About the Role

Hilton is seeking an Audio Visual Technician to join their team in Riyadh, Riyadh. This full-time role involves maintaining the hotel's audio-visual equipment and supporting various events. The technician will ensure the normal operation of hotel equipment and contribute to delivering positive guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the hotel’s audio-visual equipment, including sound systems, microphones, projectors, screens, lighting, and video equipment.
• Set up, operate, and monitor AV equipment for meetings, conferences, banquets, weddings, and other hotel events.
• Respond promptly to AV-related issues and troubleshoot equipment to ensure smooth and uninterrupted events.
• Install, configure, test, and dismantle AV equipment according to event requirements and schedules.
• Conduct regular inspections, testing, and preventive maintenance of AV equipment to ensure it remains in good working condition.
• Monitor audio, video, lighting, and presentation systems during events and make adjustments as required.
• Maintain proper records of AV equipment, tools, cables, and accessories, ensuring all equipment is stored safely after use.
• Collaborate with guests, event organizers, and hotel departments to understand AV requirements and provide technical support.
• Record maintenance activities, equipment issues, repairs, and any technical problems requiring further attention.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Familiarity with the operation principles and fault judgment methods of large data center infrastructure (power supply, air conditioning, fire control, security, monitoring, network, etc.).
• Willingness to work day and night shifts in a monitoring post for extended periods.
• 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field.
