About the Role

United International Group is seeking an Automation Technician to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is ideal for customer-focused individuals motivated to contribute to the improvement of automated systems.

Role Overview

The Automation Technician will focus on maintaining and enhancing control solutions for various automated material handling equipment. This involves diagnosing faults, troubleshooting issues, and implementing improvements to ensure optimal system performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Fault finding and diagnosing issues within automated control systems.
• Troubleshooting and resolving problems related to material handling equipment.
• Improving existing control solutions for enhanced efficiency and reliability.
• Working with various automated systems including conveyors, sortation systems, scanners, and cameras.
• Managing print and apply systems, scales, Human-Machine Interface (HMI) systems, and control cabinets.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 year of experience in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated motivation and a customer-focused approach.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within a dynamic team environment focused on operational excellence in automation.
