Availability and Sharing Data Lead Specialist

About the Role

The Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking an experienced Availability and Sharing Data Lead Specialist. This full-time role is for a seasoned professional capable of managing complex operational activities related to data availability and sharing within the Authority. The specialist will work with general direction, focusing on developing solutions to challenges requiring analysis and addressing escalated issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development of data availability and sharing policies.
• Propose plans to enhance data availability and sharing for the Authority.
• Recommend a data availability and sharing outreach program.
• Manage the implementation of approved plans.
• Review specific issues to recommend new improvement projects.
• Prepare and implement the Open Data and Data Sharing Program.
• Develop the roadmap for program implementation, including defining Authority requirements.
• Design and implement plans, procedures, and controls for the definition and dissemination of open data.
• Control access and data access practices by defining relevant controls and procedures.
• Escalate complex problems to the appropriate personnel to ensure proper resolution.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for an experienced professional who can conduct work with general directions and possesses the ability to develop solutions for complex data-related challenges. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data governance and sharing principles.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience is required for this role.
