About the Role

Arweqah Alreyadah is seeking a Awards & Competitions Project Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves leading the comprehensive planning, development, and delivery of various recognition programs, from initial concept through to successful execution.

Role Summary

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing awards, competitions, and other recognition initiatives. This role requires an individual who is highly organized and detail-oriented, with proven experience in managing multi-stakeholder projects. The successful candidate will coordinate evaluation and judging processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality programs within established timelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of awards and competition programs.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, milestones, and implementation frameworks.
  • Coordinate effectively with internal teams, partners, participants, judges, and external stakeholders.
  • Manage nomination, application, screening, evaluation, and judging processes.
  • Develop and monitor eligibility criteria, evaluation frameworks, scoring methodologies, and competition guidelines.
  • Ensure transparency, consistency, and quality throughout the evaluation and selection process.
  • Manage communication with applicants, nominees, finalists, judges, and partners.
  • Coordinate workshops, judging sessions, pitch events, ceremonies, and related activities.
  • Track project KPIs, risks, budgets, deliverables, and overall progress.
  • Prepare management reports, presentations, dashboards, and post-program reports.
  • Document lessons learned and identify opportunities to improve future editions.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven experience in project or program management (0-1 years experience).
  • Previous experience managing awards, competitions, accelerators, challenges, events, or similar programs is highly preferred.

Required Skills and Attributes

  • Exceptional organizational and detail-oriented skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and tight deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong coordination skills for multi-stakeholder projects.
  • Proficiency in managing evaluation and judging processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality programs within defined timelines.
