About the Role

This full-time position focuses on acquiring new business-to-business clients and establishing strong commercial relationships. The role involves securing new contracts and deals for the organization, contributing directly to sales growth.

Role Context and Approach

The B2B Field Sales Executive will operate with flexibility in client acquisition strategies. This includes utilizing various methods such as field visits, phone communication, email, and professional networking platforms to identify and develop sales opportunities. The primary objective is to build and maintain a robust client portfolio within the B2B sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and attract potential companies and clients.
• Engage with procurement officials and key decision-makers.
• Arrange and conduct meetings and client visits as required.
• Present the organization's products and solutions tailored to client needs.
• Follow up on price quotes and sales opportunities through to deal completion.
• Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Achieve agreed-upon sales targets.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in B2B field sales or a similar client acquisition role. A proven track record of achieving sales targets and building professional client relationships is essential.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive fixed monthly salary ranging from SAR 5,625 to SAR 7,500. In addition to the base salary, the role includes sales commissions and health insurance. The work environment supports flexibility in client acquisition and deal-making processes.
