The Role: BA Governance And Compliance Lead

Orange Business is seeking a BA Governance And Compliance Lead to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires 5-10 years of experience and involves directing business analysis efforts for strategic projects, setting organizational frameworks, and overseeing key processes for complex initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct the analysis of high-risk or strategic projects.
• Define analysis standards and mentor junior or mid-level team members.
• Set the business analysis framework, templates, and best practices across the organization or business unit.
• Oversee requirements elicitation, process mapping, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for complex initiatives.
